Wow, what a cool game.

Plug In Walkthrough

How do you do level 3????????

If what you are having problem with is the first room in level 3, you need to press space at the right time to jump higher on the green cable, like a trampoline.

Yeah. Thanks. That one is pretty obvious. Then you loop around and end up in a final room with one last monitor, and two hooks. You can't make the final jump to the upper ledge. I surrender. Any walkthroughs on this thing?

I see, if you look at the monitor there should be a tutorial on it. Basically it tells you that when you are connected to a green outlet, you can use your mouse (left click and aim) or LB and Right Stick on controller to throw your cable onto the hook. Is the monitor not showing the tutorial video correctly?
I hope this helps, thank you for playing <3

That helped a lot. I knew the monitors were showing some clues, but I really couldn't make out what that monitor meant. So far, the game is working fine with the exception that I couldn't figure out what to do (Thats me and not the game!). The game is fantastic. I'm just not smart!! HA!
